The system is designed for use by almost any small or medium-sized business, and is designed to cater for any type of trade or profession. By tailoring the system to accommodate your business, and the particular way in which you administer it, we aim to facilitate the flow of information and ensure that we work in harmony to produce accurate financial information.

For those registered for VAT, the system operates on the basis of Cash Accounting for VAT. This means you only pay over VAT on cash received (as opposed to invoices sent out) but conversely, you only claim back VAT on invoices paid.

If you prefer to submit your VAT returns on the "conventional" rather than the "cash basis", we can accommodate this for a small additional fee.

We will give you all the assistance and guidance you need to ensure the system is functioning for you as quickly as possible, and that you are completely comfortable using it. If, having used the system for some time, you find it needs ammending in any way to suit your particular needs or a change in your circumstances, we will adapt it at no extra cost to you.
