A copy of our full terms and conditions will be provided on request. However, the key features of our online service, and the conditions upon which we rely to make it function efficiently, are:

• You, the client, will be responsible for ensuring you supply us with accurate details of all your business transactions and in the manner set out in our templates.

• Your data must be forwarded to us on a monthly basis and (unless by prior arrangement) no later than the end of the month following the period to which it relates.

• We will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the information we provide to you if that inaccuracy resulted from incorrect, inadequate, or misleading information provided by you.

• Fees to be paid by monthly standing order.

• We undertake to supply all information on a timely basis and in sufficient time to conform to all regulatory deadlines.

• If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our services, we undertake to refund our fees for the period in question.
